This Privacy Policy explains how Doko Productions, trading as RoarFirst ("we", "us"), handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and serve clients in Malaysia, Singapore and other markets.
1. What we collect
- Details you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp or fill in a form, we receive what you share, such as your name, phone number, business name, and details about your business and goals.
- Technical data. Our website uses the Meta Pixel and similar technology to collect information such as pages viewed, buttons tapped, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address.
- Client records. If you become a client, we also keep quotations, invoices, payment records, and the business materials you give us (for example logos, photos, product information and ad account access).
2. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a marketing strategy plan and provide our services.
- To issue quotations and invoices and manage payments.
- To measure and improve our own advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited this site.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Meta Pixel and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel. It lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) record visits and button taps so we can measure our ads and show them to relevant people. Meta may process this data under its own privacy policy. You can limit this through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies and trackers.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business, with service providers such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google, our hosting provider, payment and accounting tools, and freelancers or contractors working on your project under confidentiality. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Overseas transfers
Our providers may store or process data outside Malaysia and Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up with you, and client records for as long as needed for our service and for tax and accounting rules (generally up to seven years). After that we delete or anonymize them.
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act in Malaysia and Singapore, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. Message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
