These Terms apply to the marketing, video and advertising services provided by Doko Productions, trading as RoarFirst ("we", "us"), and to your use of this website. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide marketing strategy, video ad creation and editing, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads management. The exact scope, number of videos per month and fees are set out in the package or quotation we agree with you.
2. Getting started
We begin with a free marketing strategy plan. If you decide to proceed, work starts after you confirm the quotation and pay the initial 50% of the first month's fee. The plan is then finalized together in a consultation before production begins.
3. Fees and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency stated on each page (Malaysian ringgit, Singapore dollars or US dollars).
- Packages are billed monthly. After the first month, services continue month to month.
- Ads management is included in the packages shown as "Videos + Ads Strategy". Packages shown as "Video only" do not include ads management.
- Ad spend is separate. It is paid directly to Meta from your own ad account and is not part of our fees.
- Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
- Taxes, if applicable, are not included unless stated.
4. No long contract
There is no lock-in. You may stop at any time by giving us notice before the next billing month begins. Fees already paid for a month in progress are not refundable once work for that month has started.
5. What we need from you
You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, access to your ad account and business assets as needed, and to reply to enquiries from your ads promptly. Delays on your side may delay delivery and results.
6. Videos and content
- We may use AI tools, stock material and licensed assets to produce videos, and will use only content we are entitled to use.
- You are responsible for the claims, prices and offers in your business and for having the right to use the materials you supply.
- Once a video is fully paid for, you may use it for your own business advertising. Until paid in full, ownership and usage rights remain with us.
- We may show finished work and aggregated results in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
- Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in your package. Extra revisions or new concepts may be charged.
7. Results are not guaranteed
Advertising results depend on many factors, including your offer, pricing, market, competitors, ad budget and how quickly you follow up with leads. We work to improve your results but cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or return on ad spend. Any past results shown on this site are examples from other clients and do not promise the same outcome.
8. Improvement guarantee
If you do not see improvement in your results over the agreed period, we will work one additional month at no extra service fee. This applies to our service fee only, not ad spend, and assumes you have provided the information, approvals and ad budget we asked for.
9. Third-party platforms
Ads run on platforms we do not control, such as Meta. Their policies, approvals, account restrictions and changes can affect your campaigns. We are not responsible for ads being rejected, delayed or restricted by a platform, or for outages.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your non-public business information as confidential and use it only to provide our services.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the claim arose.
12. Ending the service
Either party may end the service by notice. We may stop work if fees are unpaid, if you give us unlawful or misleading content, or if you act in a way that puts our accounts or reputation at risk.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms and our prices from time to time. Changes apply to new engagements and, for existing clients, from the next billing month after notice.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
